Software

Provided as-is. Interrupted jobs, OS process kills, exFAT name rules, and lost SAF grants are documented and can still stall a run. Trust a checked index, not a progress bar.

Liability

Spot-check backups before deleting phone copies. Loss from mistaken deletes, disk failure, cloud invoices, or leaked keys sits with the owner of that storage.
